Storks:
We will need to know the new parents' name and address. The new baby's
name, weight, length, and birth date.
Do you deliver in all types of weather?
We deliver in most weather conditions. However, we reserve the right
to cancel or postpone the delivery if we feel the weather would be a
danger to the delivery person (ie: excessive snow, high winds). We will
contact you to reschedule or refund the rental fee if the delivery is
delayed or canceled.
What if I need to cancel an order?
You will receive a full refund if either of the following applies: A)
The rental is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. B) Extreme weather
conditions prevent us from delivering your stork.
